Be happy in the moment, that’s enough. Each moment is all we need, not more. ~Mother Teresa
Road runners measure their runs by per mile pace, trail runners by time typically in hours, and wanderers in epicness of sunrises, number of beers carried into the wilderness, and photos taken per outing. I’m a trail runner wanderer. A trail runner that wanders for hours stringing together new routes with or without beer depending on the time of day that takes an exorbitant amount of photos mostly of her dog and the Wasatch wildflowers when in bloom.
Since I was taking it easy recovering from the Red Hot 55K this week, I got to enjoy being a full-time wanderer. Which with all the fresh snow, clean air, sunshine, and giant puffy clouds in Salt Lake City, was the perfect week to do so! I’m calling it inversion amnesia, but week’s like this make me think Salt Lake City is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
Here are way too many photos of my dog leaping through the air and enjoying life in the trails above Salt Lake City:
LOVE your pup Kangaroo! She’s adorable 🙂
Thanks Kristan! I love him sooooo much. He is the best travel buddy ever 🙂
