During my seemingly endless recovery from multiple hip FAI surgeries, I sought out supportive and inspiring quotes about running injuries. Truthfully it was very difficult to stay motivated during the long recovery, but the words below bettered my mood just a little.
Dealing with an injury adds stress to your life that affects all other areas of life. So what do you do with all that extra stress when you don’t have your favored coping mechanism (i.e. running) available?
