May 18, 2017 by Amiee

November 27, 2015 by Amiee

The views were amazing, the single-track super fun, the race volunteers friendly, and the schwag over the top. This was the 3rd year of the Dugway Isolation Run and I’ve wanted to do it each year but I am…

The Rut 50K-Razy Race Report

September 30, 2014 by Amiee

“And the world cannot be discovered by a journey of miles, no matter how long, but only by a spiritual journey, a journey of one inch, very arduous and humbling and joyful, by which we arrive at the ground at our own feet, and learn to be at home. ” — Wendell Berry About six…

The Rut: From Zero to 50K in 5 Weeks?!?

August 7, 2014 by Amiee

“If you build the guts to do something, anything, then you better save enough to face the consequences.” ~Criss Jami “You made it into the Rut 50K! Wasatch 100 Pacing & Peruvian Downhill Ridiculousness

September 20, 2013 by Amiee

My pal Kev-O had one of his pacers bail at the last moment and asked if I would pace him for 22 miles of the Wasatch 100. The longest run I had done post FAI surgery drama was about 12 miles, so sure what is another 10! I love pacing and so desperately wanted to…
